    • Goats and Sheep now have “Care”, “Put In Inventory”, and “Trade For” interactions right after moving to a new lot.

    Fixed in Patch 1.109.185/1.98
    Please create a new thread if you're still experiencing this issues

I had this same problem. My building was not hanging over the lot or anything else. None of the cheats worked. 

For others, who may encounter my issue:

When I moved, and took my beige llama and her house with me, the game decided that she didn't belong to me anymore. I destroyed her and her house, which refunded me my money for the objects, and re-purchased them. That worked.

EA: Please fix the bug that causes things to no longer belong to us, even though they are in our inventory. I had this same issue with a presentation board from the Uni add-on when I moved. When I move, my stuff is still mine, but the game is randomly flagging various items as no longer belonging to the sim. Please fix the flagging issue.
