[FIXED] [HR] Missing Face Presets (No Werewolves or GtW)

I bought Werewolves and it solved the issue! Hope EA sorts this out soon. Thanks again!

I have werewolves and the presets are still missing 😭😭😭

@Kazpberry Have you tried a game repair ?

Do you own GTW ?

I've repaired, removed all cc/mods, uninstalled, repaired again, restarted my computer, and there's still no face presets. I still seem to be able to edit everything else, including facial features, there's just no presets. 

I have werewolves.

Hoping they fix it soon bc its annoying - it's not unplayable but it's such a pain 😢

@MorcleGeorge Which packs do you have ? Maybe it's another pack doing the same ?

For everyone that HAS werewolves, could you list all the packs you have (I don't think stuff packs/Kits are interesting in this case) or if it's shorter, the ones you're missing.

I did some testing with all packs that add non-humans. All seem to work except Aliens and Werewolves. So if you're missing GTW or Werewolves, you'll have this issue.

I did not test any other packs that don't add CAS occults/animals so if anyone does have both Aliens AND Werewolves and still has the issue, please post.

If you don't have HR you will also not have the issue even if you don't own those packs.

I've got

Seasons, cats and dogs, city living, cottage living, island life, University, high school years, growing together, snowy escape, werewolves, horse ranch. 

After installing the horse ranch expansion everything broke. My game wouldn’t open so I’ve uninstalled and repaired both origin and sims, it’s not opens. but when I go to make a new game the face options no longs show. I have no custom content 

Same here, running the game without mods and problem occured after dowloading Horse Ranch. I do have GTW but not Werewolves.

yeah that seems to be it, don't think there's been a solution

I'm assuming GTW is Get To Work, yes I do.

Also missing the face presets. Happened after installing ranch pack. I do not own werewolves pack but own gtw. Never use cc etc. I've restarted the game, tried to make a family in a new world, saved my old game files under a different document name and reran the game and the issue still persists. Making Sims using the dice in create a Sim and then editing from there but it really isn't ideal.

I wonder if this would work for me as well, but I'm on console (PS5.) I really don't want to have to spend money to resolve an issue that should be corrected on their end, especially considering I have 0 interest in the wolf pack..

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? In CAS select the Faces option.

What happens when the bug occurs? The category is empty.

What do you expect to see? I expect to see a selection of Faces to choose from.

Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.

Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? I updated my game to the latest patch, purchased Horse Ranch and First fits kit.
