Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Going into CAS??
What happens when the bug occurs? I don't ahve the options for different faces even base game ones. Also shuts all Of Sims 4 down to a breakdown point
What do you expect to see? Faces in the face option and my game nt breaking down

Hi, on sims 4 when i go into CAS ther are no faces in the face option. I have tried everything from moving mods folder to moving all of my sims 4 folder somewhere else to restart the game fesh with a new folder but it still happens so I know its not my mods. When I go into EA there is no repair option and on steam it says about 1,600+ files have been verified but I know I have a lot more then that. I have been trying to fix it since yeterday but nothing is working and have tried this http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-4/FAQ-Troubleshooting-Steps-amp-Known-Issues/m-p/3621199 but it hasnt worked. I don't know what to do and im at the ond of my tether. I will also include a photo of what i meant from yesterday.
Also when im playing sims 4 it randomely crashes turns my night mode of and comes up with a " The Sims 4: TS4_x64.exe - Application Error ". The application error has been going on for about a year now and ive updated everything and have enough storage so I dont understand why its happening. Its extemely irritating especially when in CAS. Also after this happens my icons go all over the place. I have done a maleware run and i have no viruses
I would appreciate if anyone new how to fix this. Thank you.
