[FIXED] [HR] Missing Face Presets (No Werewolves or GtW)

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.99.264.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? HR, Grow Tog, Pastel Pop, Desert Luxe, HSY, Fashion Street Kit, Cottage Living, Paranormal, Snowy, Journey, Nifty Knit, Eco Lifestyle, Tiny Living, DU, Realm of Magic, Island, Stranger Ville, Get Famous, Seasons, First Pet, Jungle, CandD, Parenthood, Vampires, City Living, Dine Out, Get Tog, Spooky, Lux Party, Get to Work, Holiday, GtW
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Open face category in CAS, there are no presets.
What happens when the bug occurs? Face category is blank in CAS, no presets. Can't randomize the face either.
What do you expect to see? Face presets and ability to randomize
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Downloaded Horse Ranch and the pre-orders.

Missing Face Presets in CAS

    Premade face shapes for Sims were missing for games that had Horse Ranch and not Werewolves. They're back now!

    Fixed in Patch 1.99

    @simsplayer818 Seems like everyone has no faces. I havent seen anything from EA about a fix. This is so frustrating for everyone.

    What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Get together, parenthood, growing together, cottage living, get to work. seasong.
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go into cas and into the faces.
    What happens when the bug occurs? All the time
    What do you expect to see? The faces to return
    Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
    Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
    Please describe the patch or change you made. Downloaded the new pack

    We purchased the Horse Ranch expansion today and the faces presets in create a sim are gone! I’ve tried all the troubleshooting. No mods or cc. Only thing I haven’t done is purchase Werewolves.

    All the face presets are missing from every lifestage in CAS after I downloaded the horse pack.
