    Ranch Hands now stay hired until you dismiss them.

    Fixed in Patch 1.101.290/1.81

    Please create a new thread if you're still experiencing this issue,

@Lostangele7 I have the same issue no notice board on the lot either and I’m not on a HR world lot

    it's the same for me, either he doesn't come at all and i have to hire him every day or he's there and stays until night and hardly does anything. it's extremely annoying and i hope this will be fixed soon

      @KleinNici81 Having the exact same issue. Does very little and leaves in the middle of the night.

    same for me I am in henford and do not have community board... he does not take pay or stay employed...
