For me the guy comes to work and generally does the work, but he doesn't leave at 7 pm. He stays till sometime in the middle of the night. He leaves without payment, and next morning I have to call to hire him again if I want him to show up.
I have this issue, I have the community board on my lot, and the ranch hand works, and leaves at the right time, but I still need to rehire him every couple of days.
Me too! He does the work, keeps the animals happy etc. And if there's nothing to do outside, he starts cleaning inside my house and elsewhere. Also, when I have them tending to plants they harvest them but the plants don't end up in my inventory or household inventory.
The ranch hand steals all the produce too? That is just wrong. I should fire him.Lol
