    Ranch Hands now stay hired until you dismiss them.

    Fixed in Patch 1.101.290/1.81

My ranch hand does a great job but stays for far longer than 12 hours. Sometimes she never leaves & I've had to ask her to leave and/or fire her. She never sleeps or eats. When she does eventually leave on her own, usually after about 2 days, she never comes back. Also, when I hire a "new" ranch hand, it's the same sim every time so I guess she's the only ranch hand in town LOL.
