[FIXED] [HSY] Bronze prom reward doesn't unlock

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Send a teen sim to prom and have them earn bronze.
What happens when the bug occurs? The bronze reward item (Timeless Bronze Prom Memorabilia) appears in your sim's family inventory, but is not unlocked for purchase in buy mode. Silver and gold rewards unlock correctly when the appropriate level is completed.
What do you expect to see? Timeless Bronze Prom Memorabilia to be unlocked for purchase in buy mode when you complete bronze and receive the reward item.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

I've noticed this seems to be unlocking Balloons and a Banner (silver birthday party reward) instead of the intended item, because every sim I've experienced this with has never had a birthday party before, hadn't unlocked Balloons and a Banner, but has it unlocked after getting bronze at prom.
