Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Start a Computer Science fair, make a Game Jam entry, report score to the judge, and await the announcement of the winner.
What happens when the bug occurs? The judge will announce the winner of the Finchwick Fair Pie contest instead of the Game Jam.
What do you expect to see? I expect the winner of the Game Jam contest to be announced.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
Not much to add onto from my original bug report. I was able to reproduce this bug in both modded and un-modded versions of my game on PC.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to compete in Cheerleading or Science Fair, so far
What happens when the bug occurs? Regardless of what fair I'm competing in, at the end the notification is that my wool didn't win the Finchwick County Fair. When I tried to compete in the Chess Science Fair my sim just sat at the board and didn't attempt to solve the puzzle at all. Another sim next to her had the same issue. There is no notifications, either to explain how to compete, or what is supposed to happen.
What do you expect to see? I expect something to show me I'm in the competition. But more importantly, if I fail, I expect to fail the competition that is actually taking place.
