After shaving to preferred length, arm hair will now update appropriately.

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Everything expect journey to batuu
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By starting a new game, choosing your body hair length, enabling hair growth and then playing through several weeks.
What happens when the bug occurs? Body hair is not growing despite hair growth enables in CAS
What do you expect to see? I expect to see hair growing on my sim after a few days ans being able to shave the hair.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. After the High school patch, nothing changed after the emergency patch the following week.
I have tried repairing my game three times, I have created 5 new saves and played them through to almost elders (three saves on normal life span and two on long lifespan.) I have removed all mods and cc. I have re entered CAS several times within each save to double check I have hair growth enabled (it is, each time.) Yet my sims body hair will not grow resulting in the option to shave not appearing.
I played for more than 6 sim weeks in each save.
