    After shaving to preferred length, arm hair will now update appropriately.

    Fixed in Patch 1.114.46/2.12
    Please create a new thread if you're still experiencing this issues

I'm having the same issue, I've taken out all mods and cc, created several new games and played them through till full adult's and no hair growth what so ever.

    Yeahh on both body and hair and also tried with male and female sims and theres still no growth.
