After shaving to preferred length, arm hair will now update appropriately.

I've had this problem, but I was playing a werewolf who became immortal as a teen so was unsure if it was actually a problem or not.
I created the sim in the gallery as a teen without giving them any facial hair. Later I added some and then promptly shaved it off but it never grew back. I tried again later and again it didn't work so I figured it was because they were an immortal werewolf and basically just don't change. About 6 weeks into gameplay, I aged my teen up to young adult and eventually got married. All of a sudden, my sim had facial hair and back hair one day. (Neither of which I selected or had previously selected) I was like "yay, it's working!". so, I shaved it off.. another two weeks and it hasn't grown back. The sim I married (Cassandra Goth) also hasn't grown any hair on them or needed to shave.. but again, she wasn't created with any and I haven't added any. Still unsure if it's working as intended or not.
