    After shaving to preferred length, arm hair will now update appropriately.

    Fixed in Patch 1.114.46/2.12
    Please create a new thread if you're still experiencing this issues

Same thing with me. It worked when the expansion came out. stopped working after the last SDX (1.90. xx). I restarted the game and made a new save, it didn't help. @crinrict
