Graduation events now appear on a Graduate Sim’s Calendar after switching to Build Mode in Manage Worlds. They have no excuse to miss it now!

In my current save Graduation for High School Student's seems to be broken.
In my current save once a teen ages up no graduation event is scheduled the following Sunday at 6pm. I two had teens age up in the Spring and now it's almost Fall and still no graduation.
Last night i tried a new save. I shortened the calendar length to seven days, aged up the teen and graduation appeared on the calendar straight away. I did this on the 14 day and 28 day calendar and the graduation event appeared both times.
In my current save, i did the same thing as in the new save. I get the graduation pop up but no graduation event is scheduled on the calendar the following Sunday on all calendar lengths.
Can someone look at my save and see what's wrong with it? I removed MCCC and Carl's Dine Out Mod and the same things happens in my current save with no mods.

I have all the packs and several mods. So far I have aged up from teen to young adult, on 5 sims with birthday cakes. For each sim, they graduate with honors or as valedictorian. The following day, I will see the High school graduation event listed in the calendar under events with the sims portrait. But 24 four hours later that event is gone and can no longer be accessed. I have had birthdays on Mondays, Wednesdays, Friday and a Sunday morning. the event for graduation does show up but does not last very long. I have even played a family non-stop from a Friday birthday to Sunday with out closing the game, changing households, or going into build mod. but still the event appeared on Saturday but had disappeared by Sunday morning.
For me, graduation appears on the calendar, but I don't get the prompt to attend. I've had the pack since March and I've only been prompted twice, and I've had many teens go through my household since then. I've played vanilla, removed mods, repaired the game (for other things), etc, and I still get no prompt. I can watch the time, if I remember to, and attend that way, but sometimes it's not worth the stress and I let it go. There's times when I don't get a prom prompt either. That's when I have 1 or 2 teens going to high school and I haven't followed them to school at least once in the week. I also still have yet to get a call to sneak out to a party (which I commented on the other thread).
