What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? High school years expansion pack
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? There is no way to make the bug really happen, I just went to my late grad and came back and was stuck with the gown
What happens when the bug occurs? The only outfit my sim wears is her graduation gown
What do you expect to see? All my saved outfits back
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.

I moved the sim out of my household and it fixed it. They were still on the lot so I got to add them right back, after I saw they had their normal outfit
This bug still exist now and its super dumb just put your sims to bed and its fixes itself. still needs to be addressed and fixed hopefully it does when they update in march
