- If acne is disabled in the Game Options, it will not appear on Sims in Live Mode.
Fixed in Patch 1.108.289/1.94
Seems there was multiple issues posted in this thread. The issue with acne persisting after aging up is still there.
Please use this thread:Teens don't loose acne when aging up to YA if you continue to have issues with that.
