    • If acne is disabled in the Game Options, it will not appear on Sims in Live Mode.

    Fixed in Patch 1.108.289/1.94

    Seems there was multiple issues posted in this thread. The issue with acne persisting after aging up is still there.

    Please use this thread:Teens don't loose acne when aging up to YA if you continue to have issues with that.

Just aged my teens up to young adults- only problem is they hadn't been keeping up with their skin regimen and had awful acne, which cannot be removed now they are aged up.

I've looked in CAS at all the options but nothing seems to remove it. Don't know if I'm just missing something obvious or if it's a glitch. Has anyone else encountered this?

There's an OPEN bug report on this issue. Teens-don-t-lose-acne-when-aging-up-to-YA 

You should add a Me Too to that thread. This post will probably get moved there soon, if it hasn't already been.

It looks like the best chance of getting rid of the acne is by disabling acne in the Game Settings.

    Thank you! I searched but nothing came up! I've added a me too, now I'm aware.
