    Set your boundaries! There should be fewer invitations to become BFF with other Sims.

    Fixed in Patch 1.101.290/1.81

I've had to set all doors leading outside to lock except for family. Doesn't stop them from loitering around and springing on your sim the moment they come home from work, but at least they're not breaking and entering into my house. And if I have any of the windows that allow you to sneak out, I always make sure to lock them except for household because if I don't sims will climb through my windows to ask to be best friends. At that point, it becomes a horror/suspense movie.

Even when I have doors set to household only, ransoms “friends” invade asking to be BFF. Door locks don’t seem to stop them.
