[FIXED] [HSY] Uninvited Sims entering homes to ask to be BFF/Prom/..

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.90.375.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expacs, kits, and stuff packs.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Run any new game and introduce your Sim to others. After completing a Welcome Wagon event seems to bring multiple Sims in for best friend requests.
What happens when the bug occurs? Sims you have formally met walk into your home uninvited and ask to be best friends. Sometimes multiple Sims enter, all asking to be best friends. Adult Sims are also asking teens.
What do you expect to see? I expect Sims to not enter uninvited and ask to be best friends. I also don’t expect Adults to ask younger Sims to be best friends.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. High School Years install

I had a mod to help with Spellcaster learning but it was removed and I ran a file repair to be certain there was not corruption.
