[FIXED] [IL] [MWS] Canoe gets water inside when navigating in Tartosa

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All Expansion Packs, All Game Packs, SP02, SP03, SP05, SP06, SP08, SP09, SP10, SP11, SP13, SP15, SP16, SP17, SP18, SP21, SP23, SP25, SP29, SP30
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Place a Island Living canoe in a Sim's inventory, use the interaction "Navigate Here" in Tartosa water
What happens when the bug occurs? The water from the beach is inside the canoe
What do you expect to see? No water inside the canoe.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

If you try to play with the canoe in Tartosa beaches (both of them), the canoe will stay with water inside of it. It also gives you an exception if you use the "Fish Here" interaction.

Also tested on a save without mods, the same thing happens.
