Same. The Spa Day soak options are not present.
I thought I should go back and check out mud baths. They're still in the available options the of tub menu, but can't be completed.
Been pondering this. It may be intended. Perhaps the mud bath appearing to be available is the bug.
Do mermaids use soaks? Don't know.
This happens in my game too and also mermaid child sims can’t use the bath at all. For the take bath option they wave their hands with a picture of the bath in a thought bubble and for every other bath interaction they have the footprints with an X thought bubble.
