    Research Conservation on the computer no longer causes every skill the Sim knows to increase rapidly.

    Fixed in Patch 1.54.120

Seems to only affect my Sims cooking skill. Will always receive a notification that cooking has gone up a level and then the logic skill increase notification will appear a short time later. I have never had any cc or mods installed into my game.
