As @Tiga3004 and @MoonlitexAngel mentioned, the trigger seems to be going into CAS. It reproduced for me as well.
Going into CAS (I tried via mirror > change outfits) and exiting by pressing the "Done" button seems to reset the discovered food preferences of infants.

@Alas_EnkiduYup definitely caused by CAS at least in my game. I started it up today and all her preferences from yesterday when I played are there. Confirming this since before I had said it might've been from day to day.
Both parents have them. And if it matters the mom is a SAHM right now and the Dad works two part time jobs (lifeguard and manual laborer)Edit: Tried going into CAS from manage worlds and it erased them all. Putting this cuz I was curious about that being a possible workaround - sadly it's not.

I hit Me too.
I have almost all the add-ons minus Werewolves and Bantu and a few clothing kits and packs.
I do not have twins but I do have two infants in the household. Both were to the point of having tested every food possible and both had their foods reset several times. I suspected it was related to going into CAS after a couple of older siblings had birthdays. I tested this by re-trying 4 foods. Went into CAS, changed her outfit, saved and came back out and it had again reset.
Milestones have been unaffected.
Both parents see the same foods loved, liked, unsure, disliked, or reset.
MODS and context: I have only used a test family outside of my main save since the infant patch and EP, starting completely vanilla and slowly adding back some mods and some new CC - mainly utilities like UI Cheats and MCCC first. Only mods cleared on Scarlet's list as compatible or updated mods have been added back so far.
I have not tried to replicate it without mods, which I would have but I'm seeing many instances of this happening without mods. Can still do it if helpful.
Possibly Related if the issue is the high chair: Toddlers refuse to be fed in the high chairs. They ask to be removed immediately after being put in it to eat and absolutely nothing can stop the parents from complying. They then take their food and eat it on the couch. Every time. This was true before I added the mods back. At first I thought it was that the toddler was a "wanderer" but the next toddler had the same issue. This continued, unchanged after adding mods back.
