     Infant food preferences no longer reset when going to CASfrom Manage Worlds and returning to the game.

    Fixed in Patch 1.97.42/1.73

Like others stated, it might be CAS that triggers this. My infants have all the preferences from when I played yesterday.

I remember going into CAS to change their outfits. I guess the preferences must have reset after that, and not at the start/reload of the game.
