Infant food preferences no longer reset when going to CASfrom Manage Worlds and returning to the game.
Fixed in Patch 1.97.42/1.73

I'm having the same issue, but I think it might be related to throwing goaled events. I threw a slumber party for my sim's child then when I went to feed the infant, everything was reset (I had not traveled or exited out of the game in any way). So, I tried a few with them. Later threw a baby shower for their new sibling, and all food was reset again. So I think it might at least partially be related to goaled events.
I'm having the same issue. It started after the infant update on Tuesday Mar. 14th and then I started a new save/family on Thurs. Mar. 16th when Growing Together came out. Now today, I saved and moved from one world lot to another & suddenly when I try to explore food with my infant not only do all foods listed say "not tasted" but they're no longer in the same order as before and I was going down the list trying them in order with my infant.
I am also having the same issue. All my infant foods tested only disappeared after I travelled off lot and returned. I went to high school with my sim and that caused it to reset I believe,
