     Infant food preferences no longer reset when going to CASfrom Manage Worlds and returning to the game.

    Fixed in Patch 1.97.42/1.73

Noticed this bug almost immediately. I can say that I refuse to play until this bug us fixed or a mod us created to fix it. I go into CAS often, because I change their clothing often.
