[FIXED] Infant food-exploring resetting/not known to other caregiver

     Infant food preferences no longer reset when going to CASfrom Manage Worlds and returning to the game.

    Fixed in Patch 1.97.42/1.73

After playing for some time I've experienced this bug as well. The trigger was being in build/buy mode for more than a few minutes. Exiting the game or entering CAS did not lead to this bug in my case.
