    • Frogs, mice and fishes in tanks are now visible when placed in laptop mode. Welcome back, friends!

    Fixed in Patch 1.109.185/1.98
    There were a few more animal types mentioned in this thread. Please create a new thread if any of those are still invisible.

this has just happened recently. hopefully theres a fix for it. i was gonna uninstall n reinstall but im scared to incase i lose my saved content lol

I GOT MY FROGS BACK!

Ok so i went to windows update which had a recommended update - Intel(R) Corporation - MEDIA 

so Sugggests an issue with the graphic card? or outdated>

    Yatta! I have fish and frogs again! I hadn't realized that I'd lost my frogs also, but I added a tank and sure enough all I had was eyes.

    I am on a HP laptop with an intel i5 core, so I updated the system to see if that worked like it did for the other user, but no change. Then I turned off laptop mode and that worked. My fish are back and my frogs have bodies. All is well.

    hi. since you are playing the sims 4 on a hp laptop, how do you turn off laptop mode?

    @kiku72 It's in your game options. So click on the options button - then graphics. There should be a check box there you can untick.

    It can cause performance issues if you're computer is not up to it.
