    • Frogs, mice and fishes in tanks are now visible when placed in laptop mode. Welcome back, friends!

    Fixed in Patch 1.109.185/1.98
    There were a few more animal types mentioned in this thread. Please create a new thread if any of those are still invisible.

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.77.131.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Get to Work, Get Together, City Living, Dine Out, Parenthood, Vampires, Kids' Room Stuff, Spooky Stuff & Toddler Stuff.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By trying to add the animals to a pond.
What happens when the bug occurs? The animals do not properly appear.
What do you expect to see? The animals properly loaded.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

I've noticed that the white ducks and swans do not appear when I place them on a pond (the mallot ducks do, however). I can see their feet and they have a kind of 'shadow' on the pond but no body. I also haven't been able to see any turtles on the pond logs despite giving access, although frogs seem to be working without any issues.

      Hi,

      Yes, laptop mode is on as I play on a laptop.

        @Lillabet_Simmer Does the Laptop mode have to be off to see the Swans?

    I am having the same issues, no Swans, no Turtles, and the Zoomer Food Delivery Lady arrive with no food. My email is [edit: email address removed] if you can email me. I post to these sites but do not know how often they are answered.

    Had to put the check back on the Laptop Mode the game started Glitching, so no Swans, Turtle, White Ducks, back to square one. It is either play with the Glitching or have the nice pond creatures like the Swans. I believe they use the general players to Beta Test for these Glitches.
