[FIXED] Invisible Nanny

How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except for My first Pet and Bowling
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Unsure
What happens when the bug occurs? The Nanny is invisible, but still cooks cleans and watches TV. Because the Nanny is invisible I can't dismiss her.
What do you expect to see? A visible sim
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

A strange glitch/bug just happened to me in my game, I decided to send my current sim family off to volunteer leaving the toddler at home. As per normal, I was given the option to hire a Nanny or send the kid off to Daycare, since I'm still having the Daycare bug I decided to hire a Nanny. I got the pop-up box stating that the Nanny was there and was going to look after the kid, awesome I thought so I decided to keep an eye on my sims toddler who was running around jacked up on sugar. once the family returned home I swapped to one of the adults to dismiss the Nanny, only to find that I can't see them (my sims TV was on so I assumed the sim was there watching the TVbut they're not there) so I check all three floors of my sims house, nope, not in the house, I check the yard, not there, I zoom out and check the street, not there either. 

So is this a bug or is the Nanny secretly The Ninja from TS2?
