Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Place an item in a sim's personal inventory. Move that sim into another existing household, then move that entire household onto a new lot.
What happens when the bug occurs? Item placed in the sim's personal inventory is nowhere to be found.
What do you expect to see? Items placed in the sim's personal inventory remain there.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
Cato, my sim, lives with his grandmother, mother and stepfather
Grandmother dies, urn gets placed in Cato's inventory
Cato moves into household/lot where father and stepmother already live
Cato's mother and stepfather are removed from the world
Cato, father and stepmother are moved into a new lot
Urn is nowhere to be found, whilst high school homework remains in his inventory
I briefly moved him back into the lot to check but it wasn't in that household's inventory either. I moved back his mother and stepfather to the old lot, and it wasn't in either of their personal inventories nor in the household inventory. In case it's of importance, I also did not play the household with Cato, his father and stepmother until they moved to the new lot together. Nothing else seems to be missing. Please tell me that I haven't completely lost the urn/gravestone!
