same!! i thought is my mods, cuz when i clear table mccc said last exception created blah blah..so i opened sims 4 studio batch fix my mod and i clear unwanted/broken cc and then i open my game and same thing happened. i got so frustrated and i disable my mods and THE SAME THING HAPPENED !!! so its not the mods problem, its the game problem. please fix EA.
I have a workaround for the community lot issue. I started a sale last night just off the dock in Cavalier Cove in Brindleton Bay last night. I had one toy left on the table that didn't sell. She was exhausted (as was I), so I tried repeatedly to clear and pick up the table. I cleared the cache, etc., and nothing worked. I tried putting a dirty dish that was still in my inventory on the table, thinking maybe if I added something on, maybe it would fix the inventory and I'd be able to remove both items. No luck. Today, I logged in and managed to sell them both fairly quickly, and was able to pick up the table.
She's a new homeless Sim trying to earn enough to move up in the world, so I didn't want to sell from my inventory to the "nothing". I earned enough for the table and some camping gear by "selling" fish to the Salty Paws Saloon. This definitely would have ruined my gameplay. Hopefully, this works for the rest of you, too.

Same here. I hope they fix this soon. It's not so bad if you're on your own lot, but on a non-editable lot it makes it super difficult.
Had the same issue for over a month (IRL, gaming 4 days a week). Only sell at the flea market at the table.
Not only does NOTHING sell at all, but also, clearing the table is impossible. I have tried several of the suggestions here, to no avail.
It's the community table, it's items from my inventory. Clearing JUST reset's my sim and "give sales pitch" gets 0 results.
Can't help but think the 2 are related.
I'm having the exact same problem! Hope they fix it asap.
