Sims with certain Reward Traits can now go through rebirth without any Simulation errors and are taken to Create a Sim as expected.

I cured him after having him eat a moon petal same issue. I tried a few normal sims same issue. I believe the issue is in the type of death. Lightning from the seasons pack is one of these deaths that forces your sim into inactive households as an infant. It could also be multiple urn spawns. MY one sim had died and resurrected it's self and left the urn at it's house, then it went and used the medium skill at another location and an urn spawned in it's inventory and the one at home was gone. Fair warning if this happens to you Do NOT add a new sim to the infants household place it in another inactive household already there. Adding a sim to your infants household will crash your game. So not about occult it's about deaths and times of deaths.
