[FIXED] [LD] Second Rebirth doesn't work

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.111.102.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Install all game packs, and stuff packs.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? step: 1. Select a character who has been reborn once 2. The character must meet all the necessary rebirth conditions, choose to go to the pool to rebirth, and click to confirm rebirth.
What happens when the bug occurs? After the character is clicked to confirm the rebirth, the game can proceed but the character cannot be reborn correctly after the character disappears.
What do you expect to see? I hope that after the character clicks to be reborn, he can normally enter the family where he chose to be reborn and create a new character.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
