    Dirty cloth diapers will now go into laundry hampers, where they belong, rather than the floor, where they do not belong.

    Fixed in Patch 1.103.250/1.84

I'm having a similar issue with regular (disposible?) diapers with my newborn. The diaper went onto the floor instead of into the trash can in the same room. The mouse over text indicated the game didn't recognize a trash can on the lot. I deleted and re-bought the same base game trash can and it started working correctly.
