Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Opening an existing save and switching to a different household
What happens when the bug occurs? When I switch households, at least one Sim ages up even though it's not necessarily their birthday. Then, they have the "sad" moodlet for a missed birthday.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see my Sims to remain in their current life state until their actual birthday/end of life.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. This occurred after the July 26, 2022 patch.
When I switch households, at least one Sim ages up even though it's not necessarily their birthday. Then, they have the "sad" moodlet for a missed birthday. This happened 3 times in one (real life) day. I switched from my main household to a secondary one and the single Sim in that household aged up immediately. I didn't think anything of it at first, but then it happened again when I popped over to another secondary household, and a third time when I went back to the main household. The main household one tipped me off that this could be a bug because the Sim that aged up to an Adult should not have had a birthday yet as she had only just aged up to YA. She is also the youngest of 3 sisters, so with her aging up autonomously on her non-birthday, that put her as older than one of her sisters. I have my gameplay set to long life span.
