10 years agoThe original muscle mass issue should be fixed for players that have set their Sims to “very high quality,” within the graphic settings. This was done on purpose for performance reasons. It was a visual issue that occurred directly from CAS to live mode.
Based on the screenshots for this new issue, the Sims appear drastically different. They look like they lost all their weight and muscle mass. It also occurs in a slightly different way, and not directly from CAS to live mode. When Sims are placed from the library or gallery though manage worlds, the issue occurs after using the dresser.
I am currently looking into it.

I agree it is different .. But it's not exactly new ... as you can see by the date of this thread
