Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? The venue info icon at the top left of the screen constantly flashes even when the menu is cleared and there are no new notifications
What happens when the bug occurs? The icon flashes continuously, this renders the game very much inaccessible to me as it triggers symptoms of my neurological disorder. I cannot play when the flashing notifications do not clear properly, and cannot be changed to alternate alert styles, it is an accessibility issue.
What do you expect to see? A way to turn off the flashing lights either by clearing the notification or allowing a different notification alert to be chosen in settings.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.

I just installed Sims 4 after a long hiatus of not having access to the game, I would love to be able to play but this flashing notification cannot be turned off, changed, or dismissed in any way. I have several neurological conditions that are made worse by flashing lights, I know this seems small but it is very much making the game inaccessible to me. After less than 10 minutes it very much affected my neurological status and I was forced to stop playing because I couldn't find a resolution or accessibility menu change for this alert.
