[FIXED] [LS] Cupid's Corner matches will not load

Help! I just downloaded the Sims Lovestruck and I opened cupid's corner to start a date but when I selected a sims and selected "start a date" the page just goes blank. The box for choosing which date I want pops up but it's completely blank. I just can't start a date at all and am forced to close out of the blank window. I'm pretty disappointed because I have just downloaded the game. I removed MC command and that didn't help, I have no other script mods in at all. 

@EchoNyxPyewacket  As a test, please try playing in a clean user folder.  Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, and when you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content.  (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you moved but temporarily not read by the game.)  Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just start a new save and see whether the problem persists.

Please test with Gallery sims enabled and disabled, quitting and reloading in between.

I have the same problem, the cupids corner is just stucked in loading.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm honestly not sure how to make it happen. I just play the game normally while using the Cupid's Corner app and the menu breaks randomly.
What happens when the bug occurs? I can no longer make dates through my sim's cellphone with the blind date option, or asking someone on a date through the cupid corner app.
What do you expect to see? The ability to set up dates through my sims phone/ cupid's corner.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

This has happened twice so far once on launch day when it randomly happened after having like two dates in a row for the dating tv show. I was able to recover the save and it was fine, till I guess a season or two passed in game (and a few patches to the game) then the ui for the menu broke again. I haven't been using the app for awhile this time so I truly have no idea how to make this occur. 

This same thing is happening to me... it just started tonight too, it's been working perfectly before today! No changes/updates were made today either.  Image attached. 

I am having the same problem too, even if I clean my folder and start fresh with no mod. I did mod the game before if that means anything but I did the 50/50 and everything else is fine.
