[FIXED] [LS] Social options missing on date event

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.108.335.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All, except Journey to Batuu
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Create a single sim in CAS and move them into a lot. Have the single sim set up a date with Cupid's Corner and select the options for the date to be romantic. Try to have the 2 sims try to flirt or do anything romantic.
What happens when the bug occurs? The ability to do romantic interactions will not be there. The romantic part of the social pie menu will be completely missing.
What do you expect to see? I expect my sims to be able to flirt, kiss, woohoo, etc. with sims that they're trying to date.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. I noticed this after the 7/23/24 patch (1.108.289.1030) and it has not been resolved with the 2 subsequent hotfixes on 7/25 and 7/26.

I've created a new household of 1 human sim and her cat, and she's unable to flirt with anyone before, during, or after a customized date. Before the Lovestruck patch, I was able to see romantic options in the pie menu, but as of the Lovestruck patch (1.108.289.1030), I'm unable to do any romantic interactions. The sim I made is a young adult, and is trying to flirt with another young adult she matched with on Cupid's Corner. 

I removed all mods and repaired my game, but the romance socials didn't return. The only physical intimacy option that pops up is Try For Baby, which my sim doesn't want to do because she has the Hates Children trait.
