[FIXED] [LS] Social options missing on date event

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Get To Work, Get Together, City Living, Cats & Dogs, Get Famous, Island Living, Discover University, Eco Lifestyle, Snow Escape, Cottage Living, Highschool Years, Horse Ranch, For Rent, Lovestruck, Realm of Magic, Vampires, Parenthood, Seasons, Strangerville, Jungle Adventure, Dine Out, Dream Home Decorator, Parenthood, Spa Day, Outdoor Retreat, Wedding Stories, Werewolves, Batuu, Moonlight Chic, Plus more stuff packs.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just start a sim and invite someone over or on a date. It's not 100% of the time, but definitely like 80% of the time.
What happens when the bug occurs? Anytime I invite someone over, or to meet at another location I can't interact with them. I can select them and have some basic interactions with them, but all extended interactions are not available.
What do you expect to see? Regular interactions available for all sims, except sims who are leaving a location.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? No, everything is out since the new lovestruck pack dropped.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Lovestruck.

UPDATES: I have found that if you invite a sim over while on vacation and then ask them to join you on vacation it allows you to have full interactive prompts. But if you invite them straight join you on vacation from another lot you still don't have the interactions. This doesn't always work though, using the same sim it worked one time but not the next. Reseting sims doesn't help.
