    • Custom content makeup for toddlers and children should once again function as expected.

    Fixed in Patch 1.37.35

I can't put any facepaints/makeup  on my toddlers either, nor can I change their eye color. Could someone please help me out? Could it be one of my mods? I do use a lot of CC so I wouldn't be surprised if that was the reason.

I had the same problem with not able to change the toddler's eye color, I removed all of my mods some day later and I could change toddler's eyes, so it definitely was mods.
