Same issue. I noticed because of nails, but still distorted after removing.
I am also having this issue with my game as well.
But if i may add my two cents here, this seems to be happening due to this shirt not being meant for the feminine frame as if it is placed on a male sim or a sim with a masculine frame, it will appear normal.

Yeah I've noticed that. On my masculine sims, it fits fine. I hope they resolve this soon because I love this shirt and we paid money for it to be functional.

Yes same here. Hopefully it's on a future laundry list because I'm still seeing the issue.
