[FIXED] Moodlets disappear from sims upon loading a save

    • Updated some performance optimizations that had caused certain moodlets to inadvertently be removed from Sims on load.

    Fixed in Patch 1.105.345/1.89
    Please create a new thread if you're still experiencing this issue,

You're fine just playing the game with the mod fix installed, but the mod can't fix what was already saved over. If you already saved your game over a broken save with missing moodlets, the moodlets will not come back, so you might have some issues, it depends on what went missing. If you believe things broke, it's best to recover your save. If you didn't save over missing moodlets, then just continue playing šŸ™‚

@MR_TURBODRIVER The problem is, I am not sure if there were missing moodlets the last few days. When I load a save file now, new or very old, most sims start "FINE", but a few have a moodlet.

Is there a way to see all the buffs on a sim (and then check if there's a corresponding moodlet)?

    @AxelRogat The moodlets issue only affects timed moodlets. Sims that had timed moodlets would lose them after saving, turning the game off, and then loading the save again. This issue is happening because the code responsible for preparing moodlet timers was implemented incorrectly after the most recent game patch. So moodlets with timers would never load and be lost forever.

    Buffs are moodlets. Moodlets that don't have timers will not be missing. Without the fix mod most Sims will end up with no moodlets, in Fine mood, when you load any save.

      First, thank you so much @MR_TURBODRIVER for this mod and all the Information and help. 

      I wasnt aware of the bug until i got the email notification from Patreon that a new mod was released because of the issue. So i just checked in my game and yeah... its in my game too. Since i am buidling a new save game at the moment and try really hard to do nothing wrong to avoid a bug that recently destoid my last save files, i have to play without mods at the moment. I am unsure what to do now. 

      I still dont really understand (sorry for my slow brain) if this bug just make you loose the moodlets in the save and after we are able to play normaly but all stuff that needs moodlets is deleted like it never happened and we have to do everything moodlet related again or if this is a bug that is able to destoy your savefile so it can be unplayable even after a fix. 

      If the second is the case it would be really nice of EA to give out a warning when entering the games main menu. So player dont have to watch Youtube or be patreons to know about this very serious Issue.
