[FIXED] Moodlets disappear from sims upon loading a save

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.105.332.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All Expansion Packs, Game Packs, Stuff Packs and Kits
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Wait for a sim to get a moodlet. Then save. The moodlet will be gone the next time you load in.
What happens when the bug occurs? Any moodlet your sims had will have disappeared
What do you expect to see? The moodlets that were on the sim last time I saved.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. The Crystal Creations Patch and the E-Patch 1.105.297.1030 and 1.105.332.1020
So, this started happening after the Crystal Creations patch. Every time I loaded my save, the moodlets that most of the sims in that save had were gone. Only the high needs moodlet remained.

- Updated some performance optimizations that had caused certain moodlets to inadvertently be removed from Sims on load.
Fixed in Patch 1.105.345/1.89
