All available Sims now can be selected for travel even if they are currently not on the current lot.
Fixed in Patch 1.90.375/1.62

About noon on Harvestfest. Even sims without jobs are unselectable. She could only select from her household and her boyfriend (all teens).
Just tried it with another household member, same, he can only travel with his household, his fellow werewolf pack members, and one other Moonwood Mill townie. The relationships of the greyed out options are the same as they were before the update. When traveling from home (Moonwood Mill), it appears he can only travel with other sims who reside in Moonwood Mill, which explains why the first sim had the option to travel with her boyfriend. However, when traveling from a lot that is not their home, they have zero options, everyone is greyed put, and they can only travel alone. I noticed this specifically while traveling around Windenburg (and the sim in question knows a lot of Windenburg residents).
This has been happening for me as well. Since yesterday none of my Sims can even select any of my other own Sims to travel with unless they're in the same house. If others from different households are together in the same one, they can choose them, but not if the others are at home. It's not "at work" related, most don't work. And yes, I can invite them all to where I went. But no choices for Travel With like normal.
@crinrict I am having same issue and I am on a Windows PC. Never have used any Mods or CC.
The only people that are not greyed out are actually people that are currently in same world that my character is in at the time. Characters not at work but in different worlds are greyed out. If I travel to world they are in then they become available for travel but will be greyed out if they are in a different world than I am in when they are not working.
Also previously before this update the Sims who are at work would not show up on phone until they were off work.
