Fixed an issue in which in some cases the game would freeze while in Photo Mode.
Fixed in Patch 1.58.63
I’m getting the same issue i’m on a fairly new Mac done the usual cache clearing etc and got more than enough space to run the game, but every time I use the tripod/camera it freezes weird the options are still clickable and do nothing and then I have to restart the game again.
EA StaffAre you seeing this issue all the time? We've been having trouble reproducing this. If there's any other info you can provide, it may be helpful. Do you have any other programs running while playing the game?
Tend to turn off any background applications other than Origin, It's only been when I've used the camera/tripod combo in game that it seems to freeze thought It may of had something to do with mods/cc but even does the same even when playing the game vanilla.
Hi! I have the same issue as well, it seems to stem from changing poses multiple times. For me it has happened every time I use the tripod/camera. Buttons are clickable but nothing happens and the only possible solution is to force stop the game (I once left it "thinking" for 20 minutes but it never continued working).
I play on a PC, I've got no CC or Mods, I have all packs except First pet stuff and I play though Origin. Let me know if you want my save file or a video or if you have enough already from other people 🙂
I have no other programs running. I used the top gtw camera and didn't rush to change poses. It is an intermittent fault in my game. It happened when I used the hot keys to change camera angle took.
