[FIXED] [MWS] Sims take hours to start exchanging vows

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.84.197.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except carnaval and bust the dust
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have 2 engaged sims in the household host a wedding. Tell guests to either gather at the aisle or to take their seats. Click on the wedding arch (I used the new stone one) and choose any of the options to exchange vows.
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing. The sims keep standing chatting where they are and pretend I never gave them the action. Even if I repeat it. It's like I never gave them the order to exchange vows. Only after I reset both of them they can exchange vows
What do you expect to see? my sims exchanging their vows
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
