[FIXED] Names vanishing from tombstone

So far three sims have died on my lot. After a period of time the name on the tombstone disappears replaced by a _____________ to denote the missing name. The epitaph engraved on the stone remains. D...

    Update: 06/02/2016 – PC Version 1.19.28.1010 / Mac Version 1.19.28.1210
    Urns/Tombstones: The name of the Sim associated with an Urn or Tombstone is now stored with that item, so that if the Sim is culled we can still display their name.

    This should be fixed now. Previously affected tombstones will not be fixed.

My dead Sim also disappeared. She died before the ghost patch, and haunted us for several nights after the ghost patch. Then I noticed she hadn't haunted us in a while, and saw that her name was gone from the tombstone. She's also gone from my Sims' relationship listing.

My Sims died after the patch with ghosts and two days later they became nameless graves

    I had the same issue, 3 sims had past away and it showed their name and the ability to write an epitaph and morn, A ghost did emerge but when I came back to play all links to the dead sims were gone. Just nameless tomb stones.
