Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure
What happens when the bug occurs? The Girlfriend of my female Young Adult Sim, got pregnant (allegedly from my female Sim, who can't get other women pregnant) while I did not played the household.
What do you expect to see? Sims which are not capable of making other Sims pregnant shouldn't do so.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes

When my female Adult Sim invited her Girlfriend, the girlfriend was pregnant, allegedly by my female Sim. My Sim is not capable of getting other Sims pregnant. This option is turned off. Also there was no call, if she and her girlfriend should have a Baby, while I was playing another household.
Actually a simillar kind of Bug occured with the father of my Sim Girl. Her Father is Morgyn Amber, who ins not capable of getting other Sims pregnant. But when I played another household, there was a call, where his Wife asked, if they should have a Baby. Now they have 4 natural Children. Three of them resemble Morgyn.
Edit: Now they have two children without my Doing...
